This kit includes the old thermistor, heater block, sleeving, cooling fan with holder. The v6 HotEnd's PTFE liner tube allows for printing a wide range of materials, from flexible to sturdy. The technology ensures high-quality prints with flexible filaments by providing the necessary confinement and constraint.
The v6 HotEnd is designed to prevent HotEnd melt down failures common with PTFE designs. The PTFE liner inside the hotend is not exposed to high temperatures, eliminating the risk of damage due to overheating. The compact design of the v6, with a length of only 62mm, offers precise and accurate prints.
Installation of the v6 HotEnd is quick and easy, requiring no adhesives or soldering. The high-temp glass sleeving insulates the thermistor legs, making the process smooth and efficient. The parts of the hotend screw together, and the fan duct clips in naturally, allowing for customization based on your setup preference.
