The ADG411 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. Designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process, it offers low power dissipation, high switching speed, and low on resistance. The switches exhibit break-before-make switching action, making them ideal for multiplexer applications. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions and features an input signal range that extends to the supplies.
The ADG411, ADG412, and ADG413 models each contain four independent SPST switches. The ADG411 and ADG412 differ in their digital control logic, with the ADG411 switches turning on with a logic low and the ADG412 requiring a logic high. The ADG413 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG411 and two with inverted logic.
With ultralow power dissipation and fast switching times, coupled with compatibility with TTL and CMOS, the ADG411 is suitable for a range of applications including audio and video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, and communication systems.
