L78M09 Three-Terminal Positive Regulator

The L78M09 regulators offer on-card regulation to tackle distribution issues linked to single point regulation. With internal current limiting, thermal shut-down, and safe area protection, these devices are incredibly durable. When properly heat sunk, they can handle over 0.5A of output current. Besides their fixed voltage regulator design, they can be adapted for adjustable voltage and current needs using external components.
