This device contains six independent gates, each functioning as a non-inverting buffer with the 3-STATE feature. The outputs can drive bus lines without external resistors, providing low impedance characteristics when enabled. When disabled, the outputs present a high-impedance state, acting neither as a load nor a driver to the bus line. The disable time is shorter than the enable time to prevent conflicts between outputs.
