These components feature 400 mV of hysteresis at each low current PNP data line input, offering improved noise rejection and high fan-out outputs suitable for driving terminated lines down to 133?.
With typical propagation delay times of 10.5 ns for inverting and 12 ns for non-inverting, along with typical enable/disable time of 18 ns, these buffers/drivers provide reliable and efficient operation. The typical power dissipation when enabled is 130 mW for inverting and 135 mW for non-inverting configurations.
