Advanced silicon-gate CMOS decoder for memory address decoding or data routing applications.

The 74HC154 decoder features 4 binary select inputs (A, B, C, and D) to determine the output, with two active LOW enables (G1 and G2) for easy cascading. It is pin equivalent to the 74LS154 and has high noise immunity and low power consumption.
Each output is capable of driving 10 low power Schottky TTL loads and all inputs are protected from static discharge. For more details, refer to the 74HC154 SMD Data Sheet.
