74HC04 is a Hex Inverter NOT gate SMD IC that contains six independent gates, each performing the logic INVERT function. The output of an inverter is the complement of its input logic state; when the input is high, the output is low, and vice versa.
Operating voltage is 5V, with a high-level input voltage of 2V and a low-level input of 0.8V. It comes with absolute maximum ratings over the operating free-air temperature range, recommended operating conditions, and electrical characteristics over the recommended operating free-air temperature range.
