This plain weave carbon fiber tube features a 3K tow (3000 filaments per fiber) and is a commonly selected fabric style, delivering uniform strength in both horizontal and vertical directions. It is the most popular, most common carbon fiber, giving the plate a classic carbon fiber look. 3K is the workhorse of carbon fiber. The strength of carbon fiber reinforced polymer is 6-12 times that of steel, with a density less than 1/4 of steel. Due to their superior mechanical properties, they can replace or substitute aluminum or steel tubes in various projects.
