The Microchip Technology Inc. 24C02C is a 2K bit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM with a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. It features a 2-wire serial interface and low-current design for efficient operation. The device supports page write capability for up to 16 bytes of data with fast write cycle times. With functional address lines, you can connect up to eight 24C02C devices on the same bus for expanded EEPROM memory.
The device is available in various packages including 8-lead PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP, DFN, TDFN, and MSOP. It is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, offering ESD protection, more than 1 million erase/write cycles, and data retention of over 200 years. The 24C02C is suitable for a wide temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
