The 20×4 character LCD module displays letters, numbers, and symbols on a 5×7 dot matrix. It supports both 4-bit and 8-bit data transfer modes with cursor display.
Featuring DDRAM, CGROM, and CGRAM for custom fonts and a rich instruction set, it’s easily controlled by MCUs like 8051, PIC, AVR, Arduino, ARM, and Raspberry Pi. Ideal for embedded systems, industrial, security, medical, and handheld devices.
