The IN4936 Axial-Lead fast-recovery rectifiers are ideal for DC power supplies, inverters, converters, ultrasonic systems, choppers, low RF interference, and free-wheeling diodes. With a typical recovery time of 150 nanoseconds, they provide high efficiency at frequencies up to 250 kHz.
These rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. The mechanical characteristics include an epoxy molded case, corrosion-resistant external surfaces, and readily solderable terminal leads.
