This tactile switch offers reliable dome contact technology and strong tactile feedback. It is commonly used in telecommunications, consumer electronics, audio/visual, medical devices, testing/instrumentation, and computer/peripherals. The switch comes in a pack of 5, making it convenient to have spares on hand.
They are best suited for mounting on PCBs but can also be used on solderless breadboards for temporary connections in prototypes. The pins are normally open and close momentarily when the button is pressed, completing the circuit.
