Made from a zinc-aluminum alloy, this bearing mount provides great alignment support for screws in CNC machines and 3D printers. The insert bearings are deep groove ball bearings with wide inner rings, ensuring smooth operation. The pillow block flange bearing is widely used in various machinery applications, offering convenience and reliability.
The bearing unit comes with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in an oval cast aluminum housing. The self-aligning bearing insert has two grub screws for shaft tightening. It can be easily mounted or dismounted for maintenance purposes.
