The All Metal J-head Hotend Full Kit has been redesigned to print the widest range of materials possible. With a focus on high-temperature performance, this hotend allows you to print materials like Polycarbonate and Nylons without the risk of meltdown failures.
The new design features a PTFE liner tube that extends into the extruder, enabling the printing of soft and flexible filaments with excellent quality. The absence of PEEK or PTFE in hot regions allows for a maximum temperature of 400C with a thermocouple.
With a new heater block for fast heat-up times and precise temperature control, you can go from 20C to 200C in just 65 seconds. The hotend's reduced bulk design results in an overall length of 62mm and significant reductions in X/Y dimensions.
Assembly and maintenance are made easy with a no-solder, no-tape, and no-adhesive process. The kit eliminates the need for Kapton tape and adhesives, making installation and removal of components quick and clean.
